The authors have advised due to an error at the time of figure assembly, Figure 4 on page 2721 is incorrect. The column “Worse than 20/40” should be preoperative binocular UNVA (blue) instead of postoperative binocular UNVA (orange). The correct Figure 4 is shown below.
The authors apologize for this error and advise it does not affect the results of the paper.
