Sumario:The subject of the research is to determine the tactics and the effectiveness of the diet therapy for the children suffered from the food allergy. We examined 162 children with skin, respiratory, combined and gastrointestinal forms of food allergy at age from 1 to 18 years. The effectiveness of the diet therapy turned out to depend on finding the right allergens that cause the illness and the allergens that take part in cross-reactions it also depends on quantity of allergens that take part in the progress of allergic inflammation and lingering of illness.
