Aberrant GlyRS-HDAC6 interaction linked to axonal transport deficits in Charcot-Marie-Tooth neuropathy
Mutations in glycyl-tRNA synthetase (GlyRS) cause Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, a neuromuscular disorder characterized by axonal degeneration.
