Unveiling the synergistic effect of precursor stoichiometry and interfacial reactions for perovskite light-emitting diodes
Metal halide perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) attract lots of attention but the role of charge transport layers is less known. Here, Yuan et al. explore the effects of precursor stoichiometry and interfacial reactions in the PeLEDs and achieve a high external quantum efficiency of 19.6%.
