Sumario:The purpose of this research is to determine the teachers opinions about the application stages of elementary mathematics curriculum 6. grade years. The research was conducted with eight mathematics teachers from five different elementary schools in Adana. The research is a qualitative study for describing the mathematics teachers’ opinions. The semi – structured interview form was used to obtain. The interview form includes questions from four different parts which are personal information, the gain of the curriculum, content and during the teaching and learning process. The data obtained by interview analyzed using content analysis. The results of the research showed that in general, the mathematics teachers have positive opinions about mathematics curriculum but they have some problems when they applied it.
