The study was conducted with 180 prospective teachers studying Ondokuz Mayis University Education Faculty at the department of primary education, 15 practice teacher and 260 primary school students in. The data from the prospective teachers and practice teachers were obtained through “Violance- Vulgar Power Questionniare” developed by Çınkır & Kepenekçi (2003) and the data from the primary school students was acquired through “the Peer Bullying Scale: Form of Child” developed by Piskin & Ayas (2011). In addition to that interview was carried out with the prospective teachers and the practice teachers to get data in depth. The data obtained in the study was analyzed through descriptive statistics; bullying behavior from children was analyzed by using quantitative data analysis methods. The data from the interview was analyzed through qualitative data analysis.
