| Sumario: | This text offers a reflective feedback on an intervention-research approach carried out within an accommodation and stabilization center (CHS) aimed at supporting the team of employees in preparing for the relocation of this refuge. The construction of a collective memory of the structure ant the many moves that have it up has been the common thread of this collaborative approach. The article recreates elements of the collective narrative thus produced, aimed at giving visibility to the issues of accommodation centers installed in temporary occupations from the point of view of their professionals. The analysis of the effects of this work on the group strengthen our hypothesis of a link between collective memory and empowerment: from a passive position in the face of an inexorable event over which it has no control, the group becomes a force of proposal to highlight its history and the daily work carried out. |
