The purpose was to understand the experience of these actors so as to meet the demands of an organization that establishes Fair Play as a general guideline. As its main results, the research revealed three central ways of conceiving of Fair Play: as a rule, as transparency and as justice. The managers’ competencies represent the materialization of these conceptions.
