Sumario: | The consensus problem of network-based heterogeneous multi-agent systems considering communication network induced time delays is evaluated in this paper. In this regard, two efficient adaptive event-triggered based approaches are developed for multi-agent systems featuring communication network delays. Moreover, an event-triggered interval is considered as a specific delay and considered into the unified round trip time (RTT) delay. Subsequently, an efficient optimal predictive-based coordination control scheme is proposed to compensate the non-ideal behaviour of communication channels with induced delays and realize the coordination control among the agents. Furthermore, some sufficient and necessary conditions are derived for the system stability as well as the state consensus. To evaluate and verify the feasibility and capability of the suggested approach it is reflected on a network-based i multi-agent system with coupled subsystems. The obtained simulation results confirm the useability and efficiency of the developed approach to enhance the performance of the network-based multi-agent systems featuring non-ideal communication channels. |
