Sumario: | The relevance of the research topic is determined, firstly, a change in the socio-political influence of ethnic regions, whose interests are represented by the political movements and regional parties in the state and political system of Great Britain. UK offers the political settlement of the technology center of the conflict with ethnic regions. These examples are emblematic in terms of national development in the context of center-periphery relations. As used herein, the mechanisms and technologies can evaluated in terms of resolution of this problem in many European countries, including the Russian Federation on the territory of which there are national regions and major socio-economic disparities, forcing the search for effective and efficient management model.
Purpose – to determine the role of the national movements and regional parties in the evolution of the modern British state.
Methodology: general science (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction); Historical: Chronological; comparative-historical; Political Science: a systematic method; institutional method; comparative analysis, by which compares the system of regional government and party legislation of Great Britain and Russia.
Results: proposed modernization of the mechanisms of the system center-periphery relations and party law in Russia, drawing on the positive experience of state building in the United Kingdom
Application of results: the results are useful for developing legislation to regulate the Russian party and the electoral system. |
