Sumario:Nowadays, software development VSEs (Very Small Entities) with less than 25 employees are forced to guarantee the quality of the processes to reduce reprocessing and increase their profits. This implies the use of good practices recommended in various international standards which offer guidelines to improve software processes and products. However, the requirements of these standards are difficult for VSEs to meet because of their capacity and implemen- tation costs. This document describes the ISO 29110 implementation process in the specific context of the Valle del Cauca region in Colombia. This implementation was made by 4 companies, exposing the good practices, tools and techniques used.
