Sumario:The changes and transformations brought by globalization have affected all areas of the business world as well as the education system In the information era where contradictions, reversals and sudden changes in political, social and cultural fields continue without slowing down, education has the feature of being a system affected by the change and transformation winds brought about by globalization in terms of structure and frostiness. Today, what is desired from the education system is that produces solutions to the social problems caused by globalization while keeping up with technological changes. It is important to adopt business ethics in education services which aim to bring people to society as moral, social, psychological and spiritual. Based on this idea the study was aimed to emphasize the importance of high school teachers 'perception of Business Ethics in terms of business satisfaction and to prove the hypothesis that high school teachers' perception of business ethics will increase their satisfaction. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between work ethics and job satisfaction according to teachers' perceptions. Relational survey model was used in the research. The sample of the study consists of 403 teachers working in high schools in Pendik district of Istanbul. Work Ethics Perception Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale were used in the study. The research data were analyzed by arithmetic mean, standard deviation and correlation analysis. According to the findings, it was determined that teachers' perceptions of work ethics were high, and their job satisfaction perceptions were medium. In addition, a positive significant relationship was found between the two variables.
