The position of the superfical beliefs in the theoretical minds were created by researching the literature. To provide richness to the literature research, the studies of the general definitions of superstitious beliefs and in the specific of manager. In our opinion, the superstitious beliefs are symbolic beliefs and/or actions which are transmitted to the future generations in the tradional culturel memory of the society, which are rationalty aren’t based on science and religion, beyond fear, which create emotional trust, protection and hopeful expactation by reducing anxiety. The superstitious beliefs fort he managers are symbolic reliefs and/or actions that provide repetitive and spiritually deceptive relief in similar cases with the belief eliminate the risks in decisions, the managers has learned with the culturel memory of community, which are rationality, but aren’t based on science and religion. The required data were obtained with the Superstitious Belief Scale -?: ,90- by using the Snowball Sampling Method via 210 managers. The results of combination of statements and values of the required data, the manages obtained that 44.47 % had superstitious beliefs, 41.90 % indicated an inverse situation, and 13.64 % were unstable. Exploratory Factor Analysis was applied to findings, and the three factors that became evident were named as Trends and Origins, Causality and Formalsim, and Religious Deprivation in superstition beliefs. In addition, a multivariate regression study was conducted to examine the relationship between three factors and demographic variables. There was a significiant relationship between Trends and Orgins and gender and duration of the management, there was no significiant relationship between other independent variables. There was a significant relationship between Causality and Formalsim factor, and management duration.
