Sumario: | Women and men in business adopted a number of professions are to be made better, Women 's midwives, nurses, considering that they are more suitable for professions such as teachers, administration can do better if the men are thought to them as a specific profession. Women, in jobs that require routine office work on their part, teaching, working in professions such as nursing semi professionalized sees fit. While women working in the service sector as more intense closer to the traditional household management, military, judges, more men are working in jobs like inspection. As a result, women work more intensively in lower status jobs and can not also have the opportunity to rise in this business. The problems facing women in social life remains shows different scales all over the world. Today, even in countries considered to be developed, and both women are from families faced with many problems in business. In addition, outside of working life, the heavy responsibility they are installed. This responsibility brings with it a number of career barriers. This research, according to employee administrators and teachers in public elementary schools in the opinion of Talas province of Kayseri, is to determine what are the obstacles careers of women teachers. According to the survey, although not very willing to be an administrator of female teachers, their work is seen as a general acceptance of the aforementioned career obstacles. This is a promising indicator showing that perceptions are changing in a positive direction stereotypes from the past. |
