In this frame, income level, primary scholl enrollment of female, female labor force participation, urbanization and life expectancy of female which are thought to affect the Sub-Saharan African countries fertility rate, were all questioned by panel data analysis method. In the scope of this study, the data of 37 Sub-Sahara countries were contributed to the analysis for the period of 1991 to 2011.
