In internalevaluation, weselected 38 teachers of therespectivedisciplines involved in eachissue. The performance reports of eachteacherwereused,generatedbytheInstitutionalAssessment, whichhighlighttheteachingaction and stillcontaintheaveragesobtainedforeachevaluated performance criterion: DomainScientificTechnical (DTC), TeachingSkills (HE) and Personal Development and Situational (DPS).Forstatisticalanalysis, theparametric and non-parametricmethodswereused, namelyparametric Pearson correlationcoefficient and thecoefficientstationsorby non-parametricSpearmanrank. As thesamplesweresmall, thetestusedwasthe Shapiro-Wilk test. The resultsindicatethattheperformanceofstudentsandthe DTC sizehave normaldistribution (p> α)whichmade it possibleto use the Pearson coefficient. HavedimensionsTeachingAbility(HE) andPerformancePersonalandSituational (DPS) do nothave normal distributions (p<α), forcingusingtheSpearmancoefficient.
