In the study the authors tried to depict and describe the general picture of existing conditions. The sample consists of 73 master thesis completed in Educational Science department and Educational Administration program of the University of Marmara between the years of 2000-2012. The thesis were gathered by databases of the University of Marmara. The main questions concerned are about the topics, the title of the advisers, school level, research design and methodology, sample and population, data collection instruments, and data analysis techniques. Based on the review, it can be concluded that the most frequent topic examined is organizational issues, school level is elementary school, participants are elementary school teachers, research design is survey design and qualitative methodologies. The data analysis techniques used are t test, one way ANOVA.
