Sumario:The features of the competitiveness of enterprises in the hospitality industry on the example of the restaurant business have been examined. Nowadays the restaurant industry, including the coffee shop’s segment, is highly competitive, it's necessary to monitor constantly competitors and their offers and, also to form right competitive strategy for the enterprise. It has been noted, that in our days the chain coffee shops with a similar offer of services dominate in the restaurant industry in the coffee segment. The competitive analysis and well-built strategy enable coffee shops to conquer their target audience, help to increase their loyalty, what entails an increase in sales and profit growth of the enterprise.
