Sumario:The preposition of ‘la’ which has been used since the old Turkic language, is seen in almost every period and in every dialect. This preposition has been added to time names, place names, number names and adjectives as a reinforcing element in historical dialects. At tihe same time it has come after finite verb. At the beginning, they were a single-shaped preposition, while different forms emerged with the effect of the words they used together, and they were used more like an affix in all Turkic language. This preposition appears to have acquired new functions in different periods and dialects. One of the new functions of the preperation, the function of addressing has been determined only in Turkish dialects of Turkey. This prepositional Turkish dialects of Turkey are la / le / lay / ley / lo etc. it is seen as a preposition in the form and it is used with the function of caritative and vocative by adding +li to the names of close kinship such as mother, father, sister. This form of the preposition has gained the vocative function and the word of the lan etc. prepositions of speech are mixed because of the similarity of sound and function.The use of vocative is common, but it is rarely used as a form of caritative. This suffix, seen only on a few areas, has been forgotten.
