Besides research design was survey model cause difference between value and educational beliefs of teacher candidates were examined according to independent variables. Independent Samples t-test was used to examine the difference between values and educational beliefs of teacher candidates according to gender, Kruskal Wallis Test was used t used to examine the difference between values and educational beliefs of teacher candidates according to class and field of study. Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis was used to examine the relationship between teacher candidates' educational beliefs and values. Those are found; value and educational beliefs of teacher candidates differ according to gender. Progressivism, Existentialism, Perennialism and Essentializm points of teacher candidates differ according to class. Progressivism, Existentialism and Essentializm points of teacher candidates differ according to field of study. There is a positive and moderate relationship between Progressivism, Perennialism, Reconstructivizm and value points of teacher candidates and a positive and low relationship between Existentialism and value points.
