Sumario:The article analyzes different variants of application of game theory, linear and nonlinear programming methods for optimal eco-oriented solutions in the field of risk management and overall safety. The examples of mathematical models of food quality evaluation, minimizing its harmful effects on humans and optimization of bioenergy based on the energy use of forests are presented. Recommendations on the implementation and development of eco-friendly models in the interests of rational nature management, resource saving, human security and natural-anthropogenic complexes are formulated.
