| Sumario: | In a crisis, resulted in a significant change in the financial industry and active state intervention in the operation of financial markets to the forefront the task of strengthening the discipline of budget execution, and accountability of all administrative activities related to the appearance of costs or financial obligations. The presence of serious internal and external problems, the extent and depth of the crisis, demand from the business review of the methods and approaches to the organization of its business. The need for priority implementation of this task affects both sides - government and business. Therefore the search for the necessary forms of control, determination of the optimal participation of the state in regulating the financial, economic and social relations and effective cooperation are at present a key objective. For the serious and structural change of the parties require difficult decisions and trade-offs in terms of implementation of regulatory requirements. |
