The formulation of the problem: How is the impact of the company merger on the value of the Gojek and Tokopedia merger case study Objective: How is the impact of the company merger on the share value of the Gojek and Tokopedia merger case study. By using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, this research focuses on analyzing or interpreting written material based on its context. Data is taken from observation. The results of the analysis found an increase in shares whose ownership was dominated by Gojek and with a company merger it would be easy to become an Initial Public Offering (IPO) this in the future will grow the domestic economy.
