Diffusion dynamics controlled colloidal synthesis of highly monodisperse InAs nanocrystals
Monodisperse colloidal InAs quantum dots have been envisioned as Pb-free materials for various infrared applications. Here, the authors provide a growth model based on monomer diffusion dynamics, enabling extended spectral coverage of InAs quantum dots beyond 1S max of 1600 nm.
