Coherent control of asymmetric spintronic terahertz emission from two-dimensional hybrid metal halides

Terahertz radiation has wide array of potential uses, however, finding robust and tunable sources of terahertz radiation has been challenging. Here, Cong et al demonstrate a room temperature terahertz source composed of a two-dimensional hybrid metal halide and ferromagnetic heterostructure.
