Sumario:Treatment of 3 groups of patients with purulent surgical infection was analyzed. In the first group of patients (15) with extensive purulent necrotic wounds hydrosurgical method. (Versajet) was used, that allowed to prepare the wound for autoplasty or to achieve self-epithelization. In the second group of patients (64) with the most common forms of purulent surgical infection at the local treatment electroactivated water solutions (anolyte, catholyte) were used. Their application promoted smooth course of wound process and decrease of terms of treatment. In the third group of patients (16) with vast traumatic area existing during the long time in the regeneration. phase heterogeneous fibrin was locally applied. Activation of granulation process and of islet and. marginal epithelialization was marked.
