In the second group of patients (64) with the most common forms of purulent surgical infection at the local treatment electroactivated water solutions (anolyte, catholyte) were used. Their application promoted smooth course of wound process and decrease of terms of treatment. In the third group of patients (16) with vast traumatic area existing during the long time in the regeneration. phase heterogeneous fibrin was locally applied.
