Enhancement of international transport facilities and use of computer networks for communication purposes had an impact on the progress in contacts with foreign countries. Use of foreign language has an important place in people’s everyday as well as business lives. Development of new techniques for foreign language education and training has become compulsory as a result of the demand for learning foreign language. This article is studying the utilisation of total quality management methods for foreign language education and training. First, the importance of total quality management practices for this purpose and general information is studied, followed by the discussion of the subject specific to education and training. In this context, at first it is suggested to determine the situation using SWOT analysis and then the need for new approaches in line with the elements of total quality management, such as the principles of target group orientation, full participation and steady improvement. The use of tools such as brainstorming while applying total quality management in foreign language education will bring innovation to foreign language education. By applying such methods, educational activities will have a new vision. In the article, while the necessity for total quality management practices in foreign language education is being studied, different approaches such as creating training fields for foreign language education are included as examples of innovations that can be brought within the framework of continuous improvement.
