Sumario:In recent decades the literature on rescue systems has recorded a very large number of contributions that have used, while declining according to different perspectives, the Queue Theory to prepare procedures and models to understand their behavior, measure and optimize performance in terms of efficiency of the service rendered in the territory by these particular systemic structures so important from a social point of view. These are very complex structures because of the predictable and unpredictable factors of variability that intervene both in terms of the number of requests and the time necessary to satisfy them.
