With the recent phase, starting from 24,000 years ago, humans in this territory become specialized in hunting reindeer. Later, with the interstage Wűrm III-IV and then with the late glacial Wűrm from 15,000 years ago, the most common tree species were oak, hazel, elm, and ash. These species are still typical of the location of the current experiment.
