Sumario:The key areas, ideas and trends in the study of the phenomenon of organizational culture had outlined. The correlation between the concepts of «organizational culture» and «corporate culture» is considered. The main provisions of the most popular today psychological approach to the study of organizational culture of E. Shane have presented. The typology of organizational culture separately from the standpoint of the approach of Cameron аnd Quinn has considered. This typology has supplemented with regard to the life orientations of the employee. Special attention deserves to the entrepreneurial orientation in the corporate culture, has noted.
