Descripción
Sumario:This study analyzes the criteria and implications of cooperation in LPAs, by identifying situations that affect the implementation of joint actions. They were carried out bibliographic, descriptive and documental research, with the empirical unit of analysis the clothing LPA Muriaé-MG in southeastern Brazil. Therefore, primary qualitative data were used (obtained from semistructured interviews conducted in July 2014) and secondary (Caged and Diagnosis of Garment Industry Muriaé and Region, 2010), analyzed by Nvivo® software support, basing in the content analysis technique. Considering the type of joint action, the purpose and resource sharing, the results showed that cooperation occurs: between companies, through actions relating to machinery sharing; between entities, per various forms of joint action, as hand work training, technology consulting, LPA dissemination and meetings; and between companies and organizations due to the joint action directed to the use of labor, in which the actors involved share human and information resources. With regard to the analysis criteria of cooperation, identify situations that generate positive implications (scope, objective and shared resource) and negative (diversity, frequency and benefits) for the development of said LPA. It is considered that the model for analysis of the proposed cooperation meets the expectations regarding the assemblage of elements necessary to characterize it, systematize it and understand it in the context of LPA. The analysis shows that cooperation is incipient, which has negative implications for the development of said LPA. It is suggested that alternatives be identified to promote cooperation between the actors and it is necessary to create favorable conditions for cooperation and awareness of the benefits from this practice.
