Serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, parathyroid hormone and 25(OH)D levels of the patients were measured at baseline and after the treatment on the 42nd day.Results:All three groups had a significant increase in serum 25(OH)D concentrations (p<0.001). In group 1, baseline mean 25(OH)D was 8.0±0.41 ng/mL, which rose to 22.1 (17.8-28.2) ng/mL after treatment with a mean increase of 15.6±1.3 ng/mL.
