| Sumario: | <p>The article deals with the problem of management of innovation development strategy of metallurgical enterprises at the present stage.</p><p><strong>Purpose</strong>: to develop innovative strategies to improve the technology of hardening of metallurgical equipment spare parts.</p><p><strong>Methodology of work</strong>: improving the management of innovative-investment activities at the plant; the formation of a long-term, balanced and coherent strategy for the development of the plant.</p><p><strong>Results</strong>: using innovative strategies to improve the performance of the major metallurgical units to 1.5-2%, reduce production costs to 10.57 rub /t. and get the total economic effect 49 481 700 rub per year.</p><p><strong>Practical implications</strong>: It is recommended that you use to reduce the rate of coke in the ŽRČ charge on pig iron, reduction of steel on 1 ton of finished steel at the metallurgical enterprises.</p><p><a href="http://elibrary.ru/item.asp?id=21168933"><strong>Purchase on Elibrary.ru > Buy now</strong></a></p> |
