Undifferentiated shock in a cirrhotic patient: Ascites matters
Abstract In cirrhotic patients with undifferentiated shock, early CT with emphasis in ascitic fluid density should be performed to exclude rare causes of shock such as secondary peritonitis or hemoperitoneum.
