Sumario:The story of Kerem and Aslı is one of the most well-known and most loved among the stories in Turkish Folk Literature. This story has a special importance because of it carries the features of folk literature. From Taskent to Rumeli Kerem and Aslı was read and loved is a story, gave so many products in Anatolia and Azerbaijan. One of the features of the folk literature is also to include the elements of extraordinariness. In this article the motifs of extraordinariness in the story of “Kerem and Aslı” are studied. At the end of the study it is seen that there are so many motifs of extrordinariness which should not be underestimated.
