Sumario:The intention of the article is centered in the paper of the political parties like fundamental actors of the democratic political system, actors who from their birth continue being to today, the only legitimate expression of the organized groups of the society. They are still irreplaceable actors, although not necessarily effective and efficient in the present political scene, with this one affirmation it is not tried to reduce importance to the social emergency through ONG' s and others you cause of social expression; nevertheless; still the political parties in the democracies carry out important tasks, and in the nondemocratic States they also have certain purposes. Saying, not without reason, that is had the modern State is a State of parties by the central place that occupy not only in the integration of the government and representation organs, but also by its functions of intermediation between the State and the civil society. It is taken like particular reference in the analysis of the crisis of the parties, the Mexican case in the measurement in which it allows to an approach to the context of the representativeness crisis and the more and more evident spacing between State and citizenship.
