Sumario:Folk culture products take place in public memory as cut stones which shape our in today’s world coming through stages of maturing and change for thousands of years. These products that were transferred to the next generations which live through in the minds of the public orally, gradually loose their place in oral culture in time. However, they can keep their place if they are transferred as written documents. Upon being transferreed to electronic environment these written materials by using audio and visual world appeal to updated and wider audiences. The works of oral culture by including audio and visuality, get beyond the limits thanks to communication opportunities and became a merchandise of accessible and followed culture industy all over the world. Folk tales are also among the aforesaid since updated in the forms of film, cartoon and soap opera. The movie “Keloğlan Aramızda” which was produced after Keloğlan tales is analysed in this study. The subject of the study is Keloğlan’s unusual description as a modern one which is different than the traditional description. We analysed this unstudied movie in terms of anachronic, folkloric and intertextual terms.
