Sumario:Authority is defined a power of administrator’s to direct to mobilize, to control, the direct the organization's members, in general management system. A school administrator can be effective and efficient ıf they can use their own authority responsibilities and management skills. So that it is need to investigate that school administrator’s anxiety in terms of using their powers, effects on their decision-making. The purpose of this research is to rectify a method for measuring the degree of school administrators’ anxiety about the exercise of power and to do the work of validity and reliability. According to the information gained from …… public education authority in 2009/2010, 930 school administrators who are in charge in .......... are included in this research. 156 school administrators who could be connected and filled the scale correctly form the basis of this work. In the process of the research, steps such as collection of data, evaluation, elimination, referring to expert opinion and data organization are applied for developing ‘The Anxiety Scale Of School Administrators’ Authority Using’ and statistical works about validity and reliability are done. In the reliability analyses of 36 item scale, The Cronbach alpha coefficient was calculated to be .97. The item-total scale correlations were between .76-.92 In validity analyses, 4 factors were obtained representing 60% of the total variance in exploratory factor analysis.
