Sumario:This work is about the historical method in Gramsci’s thought, referenced in the dialectical method, as thought by Marx, and defended by Gramsci. It results from a survey of content, in internal reading of the Prison Notebooks and aims to: expose and demonstrate Gramsci’s conception of the historical method, with an emphasis on unification theory and practice. Referring to the first moment of the research, it focuses on Gramsci’s conception of historical methodology as an expression of the philosophy of praxis, highlighting two central elements of the unification theory and practice: the critical understanding in the superior elaboration of the conception of the real and political parties as the “crucible” of the unification of theory and practice in the struggle for hegemony.
