The author identifies potential problems of Russian-Mongolian relations in the sphere of joint use of water resources. The author analyzes current state and prospects of economic cooperation between Russia and Mongolia. The author puts forward proposals for the development of strategic partnership in the context of transboundary water protection in the basin of Lake Baikal. |
