Sumario:This paper examines the Spanish women participation in Resistance in France during World War two from a gender perspective. By so doing, this paper aims to relate this heterogeneous and feminine participation to the social history of this resistance within a transnational perspective. Besides, this article focus on Spanish women participation in two particular resistant structures: the armies of free France and allied networks operated in France during the conflict, analyzing in depth their itineraries of life and resistance, and reflecting on the recognition of their commitment and combat in the postwar world by the French authorities.
