This phenomenon is intensified by the preoccupation towards establishing digital communication with taxpayers and with national and international institutions in order to reach short and long-term management goals. We intend to analyse the efficiency of the strategic actions towards digitalisation through a structured survey applied to a number of 300 economic agents in order to identify both the improvement of the relation between the agency and the taxpayers, as well as the improvement of resource and time management. The methods employed are empirical to the specialised literature and analytical methods based on examining the data obtained in the survey and modelling it in an efficiency model.
