Our analysis is based on the study of a serious digital escape game on the notion of information submitted to students in High Level Agricultural Technician (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur Agricole). The results show that the serious escape game is a relatively complex device in which the very act of rewriting knowledge is essential. The game also leads to strategies that are not always linked to the manipulation of this knowledge.
