Sumario:The extent of ecological-economical risk increases in proportion to the concentration of industry and population, unfavourable influence and combination of natural, geographical and climatic factors, etc. The concentration of admissible risk is the basis of the approach which follows the measures taken to maintain maximum security within the system, i.e. taking into account any risk which could be foreseen both from an economic and social standpoint.
