Sumario:In order to scientifically evaluate and classify cultivated land resources, realize effective management of cultivated land, and improve land use efficiency, the evaluation indexes of cultivated land quality and productivity were sorted out through literature method. In this study, the indicators were screened by geographical monitor, index confirmation and weighted summation were modified by Delphi method. The cultivated land quality and productivity index were calculated by using the method of continuous product, and the cultivated land quality and productivity evaluation system was constructed systematically and scientifically. The results showed 99.95% of the cultivated land in Binyang County was excellent or good, which was slightly lower in the Northeast than in the southwest; Among the cultivated land productivity grades, the dry land grade was mainly concentrated in the 11th grade, and the paddy field grade was mainly concentrated in the 7th grade, showing a distribution pattern of middle high and low around. The flat terrain and high management level of central cities and towns are the main reasons for the differences in cultivated land productivity grades. The results of cultivated land quality evaluation in Binyang County show obvious regularity, which can well reflect the actual quality of cultivated land, indicating that the evaluation index system is reasonable and applicable.
