The theories studied promote the human being development very little due to the fact that the worry and the politics were usually concerning the organizational effectiveness, relegating the social aspect to the economical one. The participative administration, the knowledge administration, the development of the emancipatory logic, the theory of the communicative action, among others, represent alternatives to conciliate the organizational and individual interests in the perspective of the development.
