To achieve such proposal, it was debated business theories about the management functions, as the historical events and structures of the universities. As the methods to achieve the goals, this work is defined as a qualitative and descriptive research, conducted by an analysis of content within six semi-structured interviews with the administrative technicians servers of and Federal University. Thought the information (critics and suggestions) collect from respondents, it was found that all the management functions had enhancements to be done.
