Sumario:In this paper, I argue that Islamic Mahdism tends to fade away in Sunnite Islam because Sunnism holds that there is no total separation between man and his Creator. The world will not fall into total corruption since being derives from absolute being. This dogma is translated into social reality by the saints and their impact on the daily life of Muslims.
