Sumario:Today, the most frequent form of thought concerning corporate responsibility is the stakeholder approach. This approach however, because of numerous shortcomings, is ill-suited to take environmental issues into account. This article is a bid to examine the extent to which this approach takes nature into consideration. This shall be done by highlighting two different approaches of stakeholders: a purely managerial outlook and an ethical outlook referring to the ethics of discussion.
